DELIVERY:
All orders are shipped as inventory allows. We do our best, but can not
guarantee these products to be in stock at all times in this fast growing
'green' marketplace. Some products are made to order and some products may
require back ordering due to raw materials that take time to grow. We
appreciate your understanding and patience as we help change the world.
FINAL SALE TERMS:
The following items are considered a final sale which are not returnable.
They include: mattresses, pillows and all items made to order. Recycled
Glassware, Carpeting, flooring and cut fabric. Payment for Continuing
Education Courses is not refundable. All other products have a 30 day
return policy, must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of product and
are subject to a 15% restocking ree.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
All orders are checked for accuracy. Returns must have written
authorization from GreenSage. Claims for shortages, errors, defective or
damaged goods must be made within 7 days after receipt. For authorization,
please contact GreenSage Customer Service and reference the Order or
Invoice Number.
PLACING ORDERS:
Orders may be placed directly through the website or by phone by contacting
our Order Processing department 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time @
415-453-7915. Orders are normally shipped via UPS or USPS. All rush orders
are subject to additional rush charges.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT:
Personal assistance is available to you by GreenSage staff! The Customer
Service Department is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pacific Time. Please have your order information handy when you call.
